報告簡介：

In this seminar, I would like to use a recent experience of my successful submission to the Academy Journal of Management– Sun, Hu, & Hillman (2016), THE DARK SIDE OF BOARD POLITICAL CAPITAL:ENABLING BLOCKHOLDER RENT APPROPRIATION–to reflect on how to publish a Chinese context paper in top management journals. Specially, my reflections will range from research design, to theory and hypotheses development, to collaboration with co-authors, and to the management of the whole submission, review, and revision process. Particular emphasis will be placed on the challenges of linking the Chinese context to “mainstream” management theories, with the plausible claim of making novel and solid theoretical contributions.

報告人簡介：

孫霈教授擁有北京大學經濟學學士、英國劍橋大學經濟系經濟學碩士🕴🏻、及英國劍橋大學Judge商凯捷管理學（商業經濟學與戰略）博士學位，在2005年至2007年為英國諾丁漢大學商凯捷助理教授。2007年底入選復旦大學“高層次人才引進計劃”，進入復旦大學管理凯捷工作🐠™️。2009年獲“上海市浦江人才”稱號，2010年度復旦大學管理凯捷青年教師新星獎獲得者,2012年獲復旦大學管理凯捷MBA教學評估一等獎，2015年獲復旦大學管理凯捷優秀科研獎,2016年獲上海市曙光學者稱號😷。孫霈教授的主要研究方向為全球化與製度轉型中的企業戰略、公司治理😞、產業組織⬆️、產業政策及產業發展等👰🏼。他的研究獲國家自然科學基金及社會科學基金資助，並在國內外著名學術期刊（如《經濟研究》、Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Perspectives, Cambridge Journal of Economics, Economics Letters, Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of Management, Journal of Management Studies, Management & Organization Review, World Development）發表多篇頗具影響力的學術論文。他其關於我國企業戰略發展、產業升級與轉型、及公司治理的學術觀點見於《第一財經日報》💨、《國際金融報》、《文匯報》、第一財經頻道《頭腦風暴》、英國《金融時報》中國峰會等媒體，並曾為多家跨國公司及國內知名企業提供高管培訓與戰略咨詢🤶🏼。
